In his fifteen year career as a chef and restaurateur Ralph Pagano has delighted New Yorkers, east ender’s and Miamians with his delicious interpretations of American cuisine. Ralph’s signature style, of taking classic dishes and re-mixing them for today’s taste, screams New American. His attention to detail, delicate touch and keen sense of taste makes his food simple, fresh and delicious. Ralph's balance of flavor comes from a distinct ethnic background. He uses a cache of middle-eastern spices, mixed with Italian flavors and classic French techniques to create a bold All-American style that is as full of flavor as it is pleasing to the eye.

Ralph, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has worked his way thru some of the best kitchens in NYC. After working at such legendary restaurants as The Sign of The Dove, One if by land Two if by Sea, The Hudson River Club and The River Café, Ralph has created a style all of his own. After executive chef roles at Bobby Van’s Steakhouse & Chef/Owner of The World Pie restaurant group, Ralph created a cult following and he set off on his own to try and feed the world.

Ralph is now a resident of the Hamptons. In the town of Sag Harbor, he currently owns a gourmet take away store, a prime meat market and a full service catering company. He has just concluded the Fox Network TV series aptly named "Hells Kitchen" where he worked elbow to elbow with Chef Gordon Ramsay cooking and creating gourmet food under fire.

Ralph can be seen catering intimate events on luxury yachts in Sag Harbor, VIP tents at polo in Bridgehampton, and huge clambakes for 200 in Southampton. Ralph's unique ability to entertain and teach has made him one of the most sought after caterers and Guest chefs this season. His high energy style and attention to detail make him a great caterer & store keeper as well as infectious party starter.

Ralph’s most recent projects include a product line, book development and appearances on network and cable TV all this from a dynamic young restaurateur whose consistent success is surpassed on by his ever-evolving repertoire of entertaining ideas and the ingredients to make them a success. He most recently taped a pilot for FoodNetwork and will be appearing on their flagship show, Iron Chef next month.
